Hi Folks,
This is Sampath.Working in Bangalore for an MNC as a Service Delivery Lead as well as Quality Analyst.

All the companies have tie up with their clients in providing gud service and maintain the realtionship with the customers.A service delivery manger comes into the picture when the project has been completed with in the time as per the client request,Updating the status of the projects on a weekly basis,checking the employee performance,Qualtiy and Team management.
If the project is not completed we are the guys who will listen all the s..from the cleint managers and shout the same on the Team leads...for completing the project with in the ETA.
We will be a part of ur performances...in each and every quater and give feed back to the team leads...However many people doesnt know about our profile as many people think that we come to enjoy and go ....
